Likewise. For us the application needed refactoring due to at least one deprecated method, however it seems there is also a bug sometimes with users getting stuck in a complete your profile loop. Either way it looks like the plugin might be unmaintained, perhaps someone can fork it? Would be willing to pay.
Noticed a response to my ticket today, supposedly an update is in the works but no ETA.
